Our Privacy Policy. At the Antiquarian
Angler we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any
personally identifiable information (PII) you provide us. PII includes
information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name,
address, phone number, or e-mail address. This privacy policy explains
how the Antiquarian Angler handles and protects your PII in accordance
with commonly accepted privacy principles. This policy was last adjusted
on 1 August 2002. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy
at any time and for any reason. Any material changes to this privacy policy

profiles of our customers. We only record PII and other information that

address and phone number are taken each time you make a purchase from
the Antiquarian Angler. We will also collect credit card information,
including card number, card type, cardholder name and expiry date to pay
for purchases made by mail order form by postal mail, telephone or fax.
Credit card information on purchases made using the secure internet payment
process through the antiquarianangler.com website is processed directly
by the nominated bank and is not made available to the Antiquarian Angler.
·2. Subscribe to our newsletter The Antiquarian
Angler collects email addresses from people who subscribe to the our newsletter
by either entering their email address in the "Contact Us" section
of the site or by opting to be sent the newsletter at the time of making
a purchase.
·3. Surveys, promotions and competition information
Occasionally, the Antiquarian Angler may offer site visitors or newsletter
recipients an opportunity to participate in a survey, promotion or competition.
PII collected when you participate in a survey, promotion or competition
may include your full name, email address, telephone number and street

visit for statistical purposes. These statistics do not contain any PII.

if you have previously purchased from us. Our cookies do NOT contain any

How we use your information: Antiquarian Angler uses

for our products and services. Information collected by Antiquarian Angler

Information collected when you purchase from Antiquarian Angler is used
to charge your credit card and deliver your order confirmation electronically.

If at anytime you would like to either change your email address with
us or unsubscribe from our newsletter you can: Go to the “contact
us” section of our site from the home page and send us an email
to: sales@antiquarianangler.com
advising that you would like to unsubscribe or change your email address.
Be sure to include details of your old and new email addresses for changes.
2. Ordering information If at anytime you would
like to alter the PII you provided to Antiquarian Angler in your order,
please contact us.
3. General If at anytime you wish to enquire
about any of your PII that is stored by the Antiquarian Angler please
contact us.
