A good all round  guide for young fishermen of all aspects of angling.  Includes chapters on fishing tackle, ocean fishing, bait fishing, fly fishing. A comprehensive book on sea angling from boat and shore covering all of the usual disciplines, plus chapters on ocean fishing, modern improvements in fishing tackle, flyfishing in the sea, and one on "Baits cast with the fly rod," which includes sole- and gurnard-skin flies, a fly made from dog-fish tail fibres (at last, a use for them!), and flyfishing with a mouse-tail. -Very Good
